I recover a file server (2022) migrated from old file servers, via robocopy.
We have user quotas allocated to agents who have left, therefore SID unknown.
I clean up by assigning files (shared for the service) to other agents (their superiors).
However, for certain SIDs, I find myself in quota management, with the SID using a certain volume, up to several MB, but if I delete it to see the files it has left, I have 0 files.
I have another problem for others they have "/" files in the "/" folder that I can neither delete nor assign to myself.
