Public Web Address - (Web Server)

[IN-INFORMATICS]

My web server address is http://in-informatics.com and my public IP address is http://86.188.29.12/ . 

My public IP address is working, but my web server address...,which is my domain name used for my server is not working publicly, but is working locally. 

How do I get my web server address http://in-informatics.com to resolve publicly so I can use that instead of my IP address in my browser?

You'll need to arrange this domain name registration with one of the registrars such as GoDaddy, networksolutions, etc.

I have actually the same question. I just want to do the same thing for my website: bases-coc.com
