Programs not in Start Menu

I have Programs that do not show up in my Start Menu, however, they show in the directory for the Start Menu where all my other programs are. I have tried refreshing the Start Menu but that does not help. Any ideas? In my screenshot, Microsoft Dynamics folder is missing from Start Menu. Thank you!!!
