I recently used it on both server versions and it still works as expected

mariusAfraid there isn't a new one. They stopped with the end of Message Analyzer
If you want to monitor Web traffic, you can use Fiddler. It's also used by Microsoft Support when they're troubleshooting issues. It's not a Microsoft product, but could be a more lightweight alternative to Wireshark.
