issue with RDP

Hi all,

I am trying to connect the server from 2012R2 to another server which is having 2008R2 , Howerver i am getting Windows Security Error Message .

Please find the attached screenshot and help me out of this 

i tried both option which is showing in below screen shot but i haven't get the access ..!!RDP issue
