Full restore without reinstalling Windows Server

Hello. I'd like to ask a basic question.
A client has an HP DL560 G8 server with a 3-disk RAID 0 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
We would like to change the raid for another RAID 0 + 1, for example, with different number of disks and more total capacity.
Is it possible to make a complete restore from a full backup to the new RAID without having to reinstall Windows Serve 2012 R2?.
