Configuring WSUS on Virtual Machine

I've configured a server 2019 WSUS and having trouble trying to add the computers that are not part of a DOMAIN.

Is there a way that we can add the physical PC's on virtual machines that are not part of a DOMAIN?

When I try to download any of the updates or click on the update i get the below error message:

Thats just an example of when I try to download an update 

I've downloaded both service packs for sql and restarted the server but still having issues.
