Black screen after remote login

After doing Rdp repeatedly it creates a black screen issue. It occurs in one of the virtual server on Vmware. I installed the latest version of Vmware tools, it didn't solve it. I tried many parameters like check disk. I have uninstalled the display adapter but the problem persists.
