ADFS 2.0 Management - SSL Cert not updated

Hi All,

The SSL cert that is a third-party SSL is about to expire, so I went to renew the SSL, and updated in IIS on the ADFS server accordingly, but the ADFS 2.0 management does not get updated with the new SSL cert, still shows the old one. How can I get ADFS 2.0 management updated?

I ran the following cmd 

Get-MsolFederationProperty -DomainName mydomain.com | FL Source, TokenSigningCertificate

it showed the old SSL cert on both ADFS Server and Microsoft Office 365.

Update-MSOLFederatedDomain -DomainName mydomain.com

it did not help.

Any help/ suggestion would be appreaciated.
