Unable to ping Windows server

Hi all,

 

I am having issues when trying to ping to and from my windows server.

I have turned firewall off and still not working.

"Request timed out"

Really not sure why any other desktops in office are able to ping just my windows server.

I am wanting to domain join my other desktop but am unable to even ping the desktop.

I also enabled Echo request IPV4.

I can also not ping any other IPs from my server on local network.

    We have some problems with very old printers. Still investigating if it is the printer or the network, but new today is that if in some cases I cannot ping the printer from the print server (Server 2022).
    I tried another Server 2022, which also could not ping the printer.
    The old print server and another server (both Windows 2008 R2) are able to ping the old printer successful.

    Jackrigby  are you pinging from a Windows 2022 server?

      Geert935 issue has been resolved now. My desktop was on a different network. Once they were both on the same network I could ping and domain join them.
