Can I get some help?

I don't even know how I got to this forum, thats how bad at tech I am. It's taken me 10 mins to type tis much. In high school, I got a C in typewtriter out of pity. Half true story, I swear. SOOO somewhow I found that this app along with some other junk was added to my laptop this morning. Ive been internetting since 9am and have gotten nowhere but here. WTF is Powershell and why is it on my pc?! I finally figutre4d out how to open it and its just a blank screen. Eh mostly blank.... my question is, what can i type in the thing to convince it to show me who added it to my pc, how, and then what?

PowerShell is a cross-platform task automation solution made up of a command-line shell, a scripting language, and a configuration management framework; you can read more about PowerShell here. PowerShell is included within Windows.
