Alternative to 'Get-AuthenticodeSignature' method and how to get 'Signing time'

1) Is there any other way of getting digital signed information apart from Get-AuthenticodeSignature method? Requesting you to please tell . 

2)How to get 'signing time' ? Get-AuthenticodeSignature is not fetching it.
