Windows Admin Center Alert Creation

Dear Support,

Kindly help me with the Alerts. Is there a way I configure Alerts on windows admin center and receive emails like server rebooted etc.

No this isn't part of the feature Set. 

Azure Monitoring would be required. 

Other than that with bit fiesling you can use

System insights and notifications or use 

"subscribe /forward events" and get notified via Email on certain events but this is all Windows Server inbox. Unrelated to WAC features.
