What are the requirements to get powershell, remote desktop working?

I get...

 

Powershell Console is not supported for localhost (even though i'm connected remotely)

 

and

 

Remote Desktop is not supported for

    Hi Mat,

    What is the present system version we are using?

     

    There is known issue with powershell when we used proxy service. There is known issue with chrome web browser for using powershell and remote desktop, too.
