WAC 2110.2 installing error (access denied)

Product: Windows Admin Center -- Unhandled Exception: System.Management.Automation.CmdletProviderInvocationException Access is denied.

Got the above error during installing WAC 2110.2 on my work laptop, without other helpful information.

Can you please advise what kind of access problems causing the error? Thanks!
