Unable to connect since I promoted a server to DC

Hi

I have installed WAC onto a Windows 10 PC and it connected fine to a Windows Server 2019 core.  Since promoting the server to a domain controller I have been unable to connect to it. The error message I get is :

Couldn't decrypt the data provided, data was encrypted with older or unknown source: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding.

ver: 2211

build: 1.4.2212.08003

Any help please?

Have you tried adding a Windows 10 PC to the same domain provided by DC?
