I hitting the below issue when I cutover my old file server to new file server. I also tried to change the config file from the SMS file but I have no permission and I can't add the permission as well. Can anyone give some idea to resolve this issue? Thanks

This request operation sent to net.tcp://localhost:28940/sms/service/1/cutover did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:01:00). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.

Hi,

Can you please describe your steps?

- Source machine name, target machine name, their OS versions

- What stage of cutover failed?

- Please collect logs as per https://aka.ms/smslogs and send them to smsfeed@microsoft.com.

Thanks
