How can I remove WAC?

On Servber 2019 I cannot use Exchange and admin center. Since lots of data are migrated already to this server, I would like to just remove WAC. Other possible option is to remove or move port bindings.

WAC is not shown in add remove programs, and it is not in the roles and features either, but I can manage the server from a pc remotely with WAC.

I did not find any guides how to remove, or how to change used ports. Please suggest a way to use remove, disable WAC, or just move used ports!

@BravosAdmin Nothing is installed or modified on the remote server when you are managing remotely with Windows Admin Center (other than the management actions you manually perform), so there is nothing to remove. On machines where Windows Admin Center is installed, you'll see it listed under Apps & Features.
