Visual studio code vs visual studio 2022

I'm using vs code to develop angular application and for backend service I'm using visual studio 2022.

My question is : It's beneficial to develop both application seperately as I'm developing or it's good to develop combined as the template given in visual studio 2022 ???

Please suggest I'm little bit confusing what are the pros and cons
