Hmm, looks like they have stealth updated this article and now say this can be controlled by admins using the same field I mentioned already exists for mobile. Good!

Looks great, and really nicely implemented. But +1 for putting the ability to turn this on/ off. I agree with Erica and Kelly: It would be VERY helpful to be able to disable the customize function completely and to have the option of sticky/non-removable cards. The dashboard is a central platform to POSITION certain content deliberately in order to support strategic goals.

There will need to be a way to mark some cards as 'always visible'. To @Erica Augustine's point, companies are working really hard to get the right content in front of the right people.
