DanielNiccoli Thanks for reaching out to us. Any service with maximum attendee as 1 is a single customer service and any service with maximum attendee as 2 or more is a multi customer service. As by design, we cannot convert single customer to multi customer or vice versa. Hence we cannot edit and save a number less than 2. You can create a new service for such scenario. gevassil Hey thanks for reaching out. You can add a logo, change theme from your admin portal. When you go to portal you see Add logo option in left pane. You can go to 'Bookings Page' tab to change the theme. Unfortunately, we do not have any customisation available for the sender of the mailbox. I agree its a good to have thing, but currently we do not support that. Elisa_Hanley few things are not clear. How can you remove a person from a booking? Currently there is no way to do that. Can you please elaborate each step that you guys followed ? Like service creation (if possible send a screenshot), how did you create a booking (admin portal or self serve), who cancelled the meeting (admin or customer)? The screenshots that you shared are for staff or customer? Can you please elaborate more on these detailed steps? If possible can you send me the calendar link here? Function0 Thanks for reaching out. I played around a bit with images and tried with multiple background colors as well. This white line comes from the image only. To get rid of this, you can crop the image to exclude the edges, and then upload the cropped image again.
