I was able to resolve by installing the https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/office-tools/. Noticed Windows Idenity stuff installed on confirmation screen (see attachment).

Harris Medović I'm having the same issue (see attached) but I don't have a Microsoft.IdentityModel.dll in packages or any other folder. I see a bunch of other Microsoft.IdentityModel.*.dll's but no Microsoft.IdentityModel.Claims. Any help much appreciated. -Eric

Error Building OfficeDevPnP.PartnerPack.Infrastructure
I'm getting several "The type or namespace name 'xxx' could not be found" errors when trying to build the projects in the OfficeDevPnP.PartnerPack.SiteProvisioning solution. Looks mostly related to the Microsoft.IdentityModel namespace. Searched and nothing obvious came up. I'm running Win10 Pro and trying to build in VS2015 Update 3.
