Kid_Knee thanks for reaching out. This should be how Bookings works today - once you make a booking, Bookings should now longer show slots overlapping with this booked time. kwald380 I am not able to reproduce this from my end. If you could DM me the booking page URL, that would help. In the meantime, can you please check these as well: 1. What happens if you update any field other than the phone number? Does it still fix the issue? 2. After you update the phone number, and you go to the Customers tab, do you see a new entry getting created? 3. clincoln, can you please elaborate a bit on the issue? Did this start happening after any particular change? Are you not seeing the "busy" blocks on the Bookings calendar that indicates a meeting in Outlook? How does the booking page behave - does this show busy slots in Outlook as available? Can you please confirm if the associated staff has the checkbox enabled to "Events in Office calendar affect availability". If it already is, can you try unchecking, saving, checking again and the saving to see if it makes any difference?873Views0likes0Comments
