Re: Dev Channel update to 119.0.2151.2 is live
Has anyone else still experienced losing their cookies/logins every time they restart their browser? I believe this was supposed to be addressed a couple of builds ago but it's still happening to me. On Windows 10 using 119.0.2151.2 now.4.1KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Dev Channel update to 111.0.1660.6 is live
Came back after a 3 week vacation and got served the new Edge UI. In short, I hate how the visual niceties come over function - why do you need to add a border to a webpage that takes up space that otherwise could go to content and why can't we turn this "feature" off in the settings?2.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Dev channel update to 91.0.864.1 is live
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it looks like the browser sometimes freezes/crashes after a few seconds of watching a YouTube video in InPrivate. Happens in the previous and latest Dev build. Edit: Looks like watching a Youtube video in InPrivate somehow causes a memory leak. I tried to do it again and I sat there in Task Manager to watch Edge slowly creep up to take up 16GB of RAM.2.9KViews0likes0Comments- 1.7KViews0likes0Comments

HotCakeX hmm I don't remember clearing any of my history recently. I've also made a discovery. For some reason, the "All Downloads" page now only shows 30 (?) of my most recent downloads?? I really hope that this isn't a permanent change, it's pretty annoying for me, since I download a lot of files every week into different folders.2.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Announcing the Open/Save as/Save and Delete prompts for downloads!
i-am-kent Thanks for implementing this feature. Loved it for opening PDF and other document files temporarily. However, there is one thing that I would like to see changed about it. Whenever, you click "Save As" the file explorer now always opens to the default download path (usually C:\User\Downloads). I find this a bit annoying since there are times where I have a bunch of separate files I want to download that I want to put in a different folder (eg. folder on the Desktop). That means that every time I click "Save As", I have to navigate to that Desktop folder, which is a pain. I would have preferred the old way of how downloads were handled - meaning the "Save As" button opens to the last folder that you saved a download in. So the workflow would be: Download a file -> click "Save As" -> File Explorer opens to "Downloads" -> I navigate to my folder on the Desktop -> Save the file in that folder -> I download another file -> Click "Save As" -> File Explorer opens to THE FOLDER ON THE DESKTOP -> I save the file on that Desktop folder If you guys could modify the behaviour to this (or let the user choose the behaviour), that'd be great.32KViews10likes22CommentsRe: Dev channel update to 84.0.508.0 is live
josh_bodner Not sure if anyone else is having this issue in their downloads page, but when I scroll down through my downloads, then click anywhere on the screen, it shoots me back up to the top of the page. Pretty annoying when I want to open multiple files in my downloads.14KViews0likes1CommentRe: Top feedback summary for October 1
David Rubino Could we get the "scrollable" tabs back? In the old Edge, tabs would retain a clickable size after a certain amount are open and become a scrollable bar instead, making them much easier to click on and differentiate between.11KViews8likes2Comments
