Re: HP ALM to Azure DevOps Migration
Hello Surabhi, Migrating data from HP ALM (now called Micro Focus ALM) to Azure DevOps can be a bit tricky, but it's totally doable! I've use a tool called Exalate for this type of synchronisations in the past ant it worked great! I suggest you take a look on that tool seems that it can be great for your use case5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Jira and Azure DevOps Services...
It's great to see that you're sharing your experience and knowledge about integrating Jira and Azure DevOps. It's true that many organizations use both tools for different purposes, and having a smooth integration can significantly improve the team's efficiency and collaboration. For those looking to synchronize data between Jira and Azure DevOps, you might want to consider Exalate as well i've been using it for the last months and i've worked great! Cheers!1.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Github Integration and Repo Sync
Hey Robert!! The GitHub connection in Azure DevOps allows you to link Azure Boards work items with GitHub commits, pull requests, and issues for better traceability. However, it doesn't automatically sync repositories. If you need to keep GitHub and Azure DevOps repos in sync, you can use a tool like Exalate to establish a connection, set up synchronization rules, and configure triggers to automatically initiate synchronization when there are changes in either repo. I'm a big Fan of exalate because it simplifies syncing repositories and work items across platforms plus they have solid documentation on their websites (you can find them in the azure devops market place and github as well) check out this link: https://docs.exalate.com/docs/how-to-configure-sync-to-multiple-repositories-in-github8.4KViews0likes0Comments
