Addition of a new space - Following

In the Microsoft Tech Community, a user can follow another user and another user can also do the same, but there is no meaning in doing that. So, I am suggesting adding a new space in the Microsoft Tech Community called Following. 

This space:

• Can be accessed by clicking an icon in the navigation bar(same as notifications).
• Shows new posts added by the user who another user is following.
