Community Info Center doesn't show unread posts

I've already mentioned that in some post, but nothing changed. Info center shows i read everything here

with that i go to Community Discussion and found something new

No such problem with other communities. By the way, that blue strip on unread posts worth practically nothing - it appears only if you managed to find the thread with unread post and opened it.

It looks like i'm wrong - same story for other communities
