Today, we have released the latest update to the Microsoft Tech Community and I am excited to share details about the new private message feature.
As we continue to grow and enhance the platform one of the things we have been told time and again is that you want your private messages to be threaded, indeed @Paul Beiler submitted and idea about it in July 2016.
From today you will be able to see the whole message thread in the one screen as well as follow users, ignore users and report individual messages as inappropriate. You can also search your private messages using the search bar at the top left. We feel this is a more modern and user-friendly experience and we hope you will like it.

We have also started to translate more elements of the UI into the other languages we now support, if you spot any errors please do use our idea's board to report them and we will review them to see what changes are required.
