For those of you that don’t know, not long ago Microsoft set up a new site called
Pinpoint
as a sort of catalog/index of all the partner solutions around Microsoft products to make it easier to find additional value add solutions from our huge partner community.
Service Manager, now that it has reached the General Availability stage as of June 1st, is now listed as one of the Microsoft solutions you can search by on the Pinpoint site. There are already quite a few partner solutions that are either at an “RTM” state or in beta for Service Manager. Now that the partners can list them on Pinpoint you should start seeing them pop up on the site soon.
