Our partner Expit has released a new SCSM – Microsoft Project connector. It is an add in for Microsoft Project that allows project managers to create change requests in Service Manager as part of the project. Later when the change request is completed in SCSM the task is marked as completed in Project. Customers have been asking for this kind of integration for a long time now. It’s great to see this coming out from a partner.
Expit has previously released some another great solution for SCSM – an Arabic Self-Service Portal
To get more information about the SCSM – Project connector you can see their Pinpoint listing or download it.
