Marcel Zehner over at SCSMFAQ.ch has recently built and made available a new Opalis integration pack for SCSM! For now it includes three new workflow activities:

Auto-close Resolved Incidents

Export Unsealed Management Packs
He is looking for feedback and suggestions on what else to include.
