The people over at TechNet have put together a great Ramp Up guide to getting started with Service Manager. It is a list of various resources – documentation, video demos, blog posts, presentations, etc. that are broken down by areas and listed out in a step by step format from the overviews to the advanced topics. This is definitely an easy way to answer the question “How do I get started with System Center Service Manager?” Just point them to this site:
