In December, we collaborated with Major League Hacking (MLH) for Local Hack Day: Build, where thousands of attendees came together in over 200 locations worldwide to learn, bring their ideas to life, and connect with a diverse and inclusive community.

We’re thrilled to participate in the next installment—Local Hack Day: Share. On April 11, 2020, tech enthusiasts around the world will be participate in a 12-hour global demo day. From putting finishing touches on current projects, working on your resume or polishing your portfolio, to live demos, this global project showcase has activities for beginner to expert developers alike.  

 

Still working on a project that you started during Local Hack Day: Build or brainstorming a new idea? We’ve got some great resources available to students: 

 

  • Hack with Azure - check out the GitHub repo for easy access to free tutorials and resources including Azure for Students - you can get 25+ developer services and USD100 in cloud credit free, no credit card required. 
     
  • GitHub Education Pack - real-world developer tools and training, plus students who join receive GitHub Pro at no charge while in school.  
     
  • Microsoft Learn - with free learning paths and tutorials, you can try out modules in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and more.
