Eligibility review and guidance for Microsoft for Startups / Azure credits in India
Hello everyone,
I am an MCT and the founder of Craves, a Hyderabad-focused home-chef marketplace. We have spent six months developing the product and have deployed our infrastructure on Azure. We are preparing for public launch and need guidance on Microsoft for Startups eligibility, Azure startup credits, and the right support path in India.
Could someone from the Microsoft for Startups community, or anyone familiar with the India startup/incubator referral process, advise on the correct way to request an eligibility review?
We are currently unfunded and pre-launch. I can share a short product demo, repository, architecture summary, Azure usage details, and existing application details privately with an authorized Microsoft representative or approved partner/incubator.

Specifically, I am looking for guidance on:
1. Whether an unfunded, pre-launch Indian startup can apply directly or needs an approved incubator / investor network referral.
2. Which Microsoft for Startups or Founders Hub path is appropriate.
3. Whether Azure credits or technical support may be available before public launch.
4. Who is the correct team/contact/channel for an eligibility review.
Thank you for any relevant guidance or introduction.
