SSIS & Raw File Source

i have ssis package writes data to Raw File Desitnaion.   in another DF, i am trying to read from same .dat file using Raw File Souce,  when i execute getting

Error : String too long, The Adapter read a string that was x byte and expected a string no longer than y bytes at offset xxx.  This indicate a damaged input file.  The file shows a string buffer column too large

how do debug this error. checked all the columns size/type same as
