I have encountered PAGELATCH_UP issue in the PROD environment when there is a heavy data load to the server and the queries are very slow. It is very difficult to identify the exact root cause. Is there any way I can avoid this issue with some features in SQL server 2016 like memory optimization or some other info would really help.
