ODBC cannot be opened

I was trying to follow the instructions for troubleshooting an error with ODBC and I ended up making changes that damaged my entire KEY.

By mistake, I disabled Inheritance. I tried to uninstall and install again but it keeps giving me the same error.

"ODBC cannot be opened. An error is preventing this key from being opened. Details: Access is denied." Also, when I try to install again I receive the following error message:

"Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)." How can I restore my key and have it back running again?
