In place update of SQL Server 2016 to 2019

Hello all,

This is my first post, I hope that it is not covered elsewhere.  When I am starting this update I get this message.  I do not believe we are using this, but would like to know how I can be certain.  The Reporting Service was running, I shut it off a couple days ago as a test and no issues thus far.  When I search the log file at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles The log there shows:

Cleaned 0 batch records, 0 policies, 0 sessions, 0 cache entries, 0 snapshots, 0 chunks, 0 running jobs, 0 persisted streams, 0 segments, 0 segment mappings, 0 edit sessions.

Also when I clicked on Open Reporting Services Configuration Manager embedded link in the above message it was not able to find a session.

Is there anywhere else I can check that I might be overlooking?

Thank you,

Mark

With version 2017 a lot of things have changed in SSRS, which requires a complete re-installation.
If you haven't used SSRS yet, then simply go on.
