Could not start SQL SERVER(MSSSQLSERVER) Service

I could't start SQL SERVER(MSSSQLSERVER) Service on my server. And I tried to solve this problem following Microsoft's documentation

However, the error(0x851A003D) occured when I tried to Repair my SQL Server Installation. And I didn't find any documentation about this error.

    What error message was thrown when the service tried to start? That first link you posted appears to be invalid.
