can not use product

I originally installed the developer version for 2022 Micrsoft SQL Server and it it won't work, partly because the Micrsoft SQL Server Studio Management in Tools is not properly installed and when I try to uninstall the application so that I can go back and reinstall, I receive an error message telling me that There are no valid SQL Server 2022 features to perform this application and the same issues happens if I try to delete it in the Command terminal.

    To be true, your post is confusing and I don't understand a single word.
    Please describe everything step-by-setp and with the full error message(s), not only a part of it.
    And what in detail means "t won't work"?
