The permissions granted to user are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)

I have a problem with my Reporting Services 2012, on a Windows Server 2022 Standard.

I need Reporting Services 2012, so I installed SQL 2012,

Reporting Services - Native

Reporting Services - SharePoint
Reporting Services Add-in for SharePoint Products.

I installed all of those with a specific Windows Domain account and made the user member of the following User Groups, Administrators, ISS_IUSRS

But when I try to open the Web Service URL, or the Report Manager URL, i get this error:
The permissions granted to user '' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)

I have tried to reinstall the services, but nothing seems to help.
