I have got a strange prod issue. My EMEA business users (say abc.com domain, email@example.com) are unable to connect (skype call/meeting) with their customers (say xyz.com domain) over Skype for business only when they use their company (abc) provided laptop. It works without any issues when they use their personal mobile and laptop with the same login firstname.lastname@example.org
I made sure that domain xyz.com is not under the blocked domain list by login to the skype admin portal.
I'm new to skype admin but not sure how to move forward.
Request your help from skype admin experts who may have come across it and any clue what is going on?
