Skype business plugin button missing on outlook

Hi;

I am using skype business and couple months ago skype button was missed and I have learned how it will come back ( Options | Add-Ins. ). Every time I was clicking that part in order to bring back. But now today even I use add inn, skype button is not coming back. I restart my laptop and outlook several times but it doesnt work. I click the add in but skype button is not coming. I am using Office 2016 and windows 10 1909 version. Any idea?

    We have same problem.

    Office 365 for business - all up to date.

    In outlook the Skype for business COM add-ins exist and marked but in outlook ribbon does not show skype button.

    Running it as admin, removing and reapplying add-in, and modifying the registry key but the ribbon/button for setting up the meeting still doesn't exist. Running with other outlook profile, other windows profile, full uninstall/install office - don't helped.

      I was planning to uninstall/install office but it seems that it doenst help so God help us and nothing to do

    Hi serdarifi 

     

    Are you using Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business together. In case yes this is an issue with the Microsoft Teams application which is disabling the Skype for Business Add-In.

     

    I would recommend to open a ticket with Microsoft Support to investigate the issue further.
