My camera doesn't work during a skype for business session

Hello,

For online lessons at school we use Skype for Business. I have a Mac laptop and during a Skype session my camera never wants to work, while the icon says it's on. My camera does work with other online programs. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Hi,

It could be that your camera is in use by another program and that is why Skype can't use it. Can you also check if you can see if you can see you camera in the video settings in Skype?
