File transfer and Sharing Desktop Problem
Hi, recently I have Migration from Lync 2013 to Skype for business 2015 ,
every thing is ok and work well , but for client that use Skype for business or Lync 2013 there is problem for send and receive files and desktop sharing ( in Lync 2010 client there is no problem !! )
some event show network problem but any port and service is open to client .
is there anyone has similar problem ??

Hi,
What you can do is check the client logging and see if there is any errors in it.
you can find the log here:
Office 2013: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\Tracing
Office 2016: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\Tracing
The important file to look at is the Lync-UccApi-#.UccApilog file. You can open this with the Snooper tool for easy reading and see if there is any errors.
