unable to perform actions of admin level over Skype for business via screen sharing by taking contro
Looking to take control of client users but unable to perform admin-level modification on user machines. When we are trying to do that my screen freezes for authentication that can't visible for the user who takes control.
Below is the list of action performed computer level on group policy are:
| User Account Control: Allow UIAccess applications to prompt for elevation without using the secure desktop | Disabled |
| User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop when prompting for elevation | Disabled |
Let me know if any better way to perform?

Hi,
Yes, this is a problem with the Skype screen sharing. The only way to solve it is to disable UAC completely but that is not recommended.
So you have to use another remote control software, if you are running Windows 10 you can use the build in Quick Assist. I think you have to do some settings for UAC, see link below.
