SRSv2 and USB PTZ Cameras - Vaddio OneLink Bridge

Hello, we are looking at incorporating an SRSv2 Skype Room System into some of our large meeting spaces, and the camera location is pretty far back from where all of our headend equipment is. Is it possible to use a camera / extender kit (like the Vaddio OneLink Bridge) that uses standard UVC over USB with SRSv2? I know it is not "Skype Certified", but hoping it will work; as none of the listed certified options will work in our application.
