MicrosoftAnother option is the Skype Consumer call testing service - that's at echo123@skypeids.net - I've found it to work consistently as long as the deployment / tenant has Skype connectvity configured appropriately.
Was thinking about that one, but that only solves it for people with a Skype for Business client and useraccount. Tried to look trough the Skype for Business API, but couldnt find anything. Would be neat if you could make a testwebpage like Daniel described. Check if camera ect is connected , then a short video/audio recording and playback. But for now i guess there is not a way to contact the audio test service withour a client and useraccount?
