SharePoint Online: Power Apps custom form not reflecting changes in SharePoint

I recently added Power Apps to an existing SharePoint site. I can see the changes made in Power Apps, but not on the SharePoint form (after saving and publishing).

Any suggestions?

1. Make sure you have published the changes to Power Apps customized list form - you can also check it in the version history
2. Try clearing browser cache and cookies (for "All time") and see if it loads the list form correctly in SharePoint list.

@ganeshsanap thank you for the response. I cleared cache/cookies prior to posting. It seems that my publish is not registering and I am "stuck" on a live session from yesterday.

I my form settings I can toggle between default form and custom, but the \conditional formatting is not translating over to SharePoint. Since yesterday I have also completed a restart and still nothing.
