I would suggest at this point for you to run a repair on your Microsoft.DataTools.IntegrationServices.exe (Ver 3.16) as a first attempt. If that doesn't work, I would suggest you uninstall visual studio pro and all of the extensions and reinstall fresh. Run all as admin, reboot machine after your done.
